Personal Rating: Hard

We have a picture. Checking it with exiftool shew some Adobe XMP information. Checking the image with strings and looking at it in a text editor, I saw some interesting strings at the end:

At some point I attempted to unpack the image, mainly because I saw these strings indicating other files, which worked. The two files retro.wav and eighties_were_nice.txt were extracted. The text file contained nothing interesting. The audio was painful to listen to. I could not figure this out so I asked a friend to listen to the audio. He said it reminded him of an atari. He found a program to convert the audio to an atari datasette format, which gave us the flag.

To be honest, I really disliked this challenge.
